Bucklesham Village Choir

Choir Master - Ashley Betts

Bucklesham Village Choir started in March 2012 when the Community Council sponsored an open singing event in the village hall. The strong and enthusiastic response to this led to regular rehearsals twice a month.

The choir is for villagers of all ages and practises a range of genres from popular song to African chant.

Ashley believes that "singing is so good for people. It helps you meet new people and get along with those you already knew on a deeper level. It also has proven health benefits."

No experience is necessary to join the choir; we welcome all ages and all abilities. So if you fancy coming along and having a good sing then we meet every second and fourth Wednesday in the village hall from 6.30-7.30pm. New members are always welcome.
